Social Media Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads.
  2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Manage social media accounts and communities, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
  4. Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize content and strategy for maximum impact and reach.
  5. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
  7. Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and growth.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities on social media to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  9. Stay informed about relevant news, events, and trending topics to leverage in social media content and conversations.
  10. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to maximize ROI.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of managing social media accounts and driving engagement.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting compelling content.
  5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve social media performance.
  7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts and projects simultaneously.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Preferred:

  1. Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  2. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  3. Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
  4. Experience managing influencer partnerships and collaborations on social media.
  5. Certification in social media marketing or related field is a plus.
